I've been meeting with a therapist about this addiction for over a year now but he hasn't been helpful. Basically he says it's a normal part of life and I shouldn't feel guilty.

For example, an average edging session lasts around minutes and even more for some people. That is releasing way more dopamine than an ordinary PMO session.
